These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Giroplan (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Giroplan is operated by Luca Bordina, as an individual (no registered business) — same identity as §1 of the privacy notice.

Giroplan generates trip itineraries and helps you keep track of your bookings. Giroplan is not a travel agency, a tour operator or a reseller: it does not sell flights, accommodation, tickets or any other travel service, and it does not process travel payments. Where Giroplan links to a third-party provider (an airline, a train or ferry operator, a hotel, an activity or a marketplace), any booking or purchase you make happens directly with that third party, under its own terms and conditions. Some of those links are affiliate links: if you book after following one, Giroplan may receive a commission from the provider, at no extra cost to you.
Trip plans, suggestions and gap alerts are produced by an automated system (including AI models) from the information you provide and from general knowledge about the destination. They can be wrong, outdated or incomplete. Always verify opening hours, prices, schedules and entry requirements directly with the official source before you rely on them or make a purchase.
Any price, availability or schedule shown or mentioned by Giroplan is indicative and can change at any time without notice: it is set by the third-party provider, not by Giroplan. Giroplan makes no warranty that a price, a seat, a room or a time slot will still be available by the time you check or book it.
Giroplan is not responsible for the content, accuracy, terms, availability or conduct of any third-party website or service it links to. Your use of a third-party website is governed by that website's own terms and privacy policy, not by these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement. This is the same age limit set out in §10 of the privacy notice, and is checked automatically at registration.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile ("Delete account"); doing so permanently removes your data, as described in the privacy notice. Giroplan may suspend or terminate an account that breaches §7 of these Terms, or that is being used to abuse the Service (for example to bypass usage limits or attack its infrastructure), with notice where reasonably possible.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding its accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Giroplan is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, from an itinerary or suggestion it generated, or from a booking, purchase or interaction you had with a third-party provider linked from the Service — including missed connections, cancelled bookings, entry refusals or unexpected costs. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by Italian law, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your own country of residence, as guaranteed by mandatory EU consumer-protection rules.
We may update these Terms over time. The current version is always available at this address, with the "last updated" date at the top. If a change is substantial, we will let you know before it takes effect.
